PeterBRAMWELLMr, Peter Bramwell, aged 62 of Rachel Kathryn Residential Home, died peacefully on July 31st 2019. Peter passed away quietly at the home surrounded by the ones that loved and cared for him dearly. He will be greatly missed by all at Rachel Kathryn Residential Home. He was a very special gentleman and we feel privileged to have been part of his life for 19 years. The Home would like to pay special thanks to the Frailty Team, St David's Care at Home Nurses and Pontllanfraith District Nurses for the fantastic care they gave him. A service will take place at Hope Chapel, Aberbargoed 10.45am followed by cremation at Llwydcoed Crematorium 12 noon on Thursday 5th September 2019. No flowers please but donations to the Pontllanfraith District Nurses Team to help fund a syringe driver are welcome at the service.
